I have been in love with chalkboard paint for a while now.  You can use it for an artboard for your little ones, a menu or calendar for your weekly activities or why not label your drawers! I find myself scowering my house to see what wall, door or frankly anything I can slather the paint on!  I am just waiting on my husband to go out of town! 🙂

Need to label something?! Slap some chalkboard paint on it!

Want to incorporate it into your event? We have some ideas for that too! Instead of place cards you can do chalkboard place mats! Or why not write the menu on a small chalkboard and place it on the tables as part of the tablescape.  Or fancy up your chairs with adorable chalkboard signs!

You could also place at menu at each place setting and then they can take it home as their wedding or party favor!

Speaking of menus and place cards. You can use giant chalboards to write your seating chart or menu on! If you have an old frame or door laying around it is an easy DIY poroject!

And if you have a seating chart you are going to need table numbers!

I mean let’s be honest, who couldn’t say yes to this?! So cute! Then once you’ve said yes you can use a chalkboard to count down the days to your BIG DAY! Or use it to count down to anything!

I hope this makes you want to go and paint something! 🙂 Until next time, have a great weekend!

This is the first time I comment on your site, but I’ve been keeping up with your work for a while now. I admire the passion with which you tell your stories and dream that someday I can do the same. Love
