Fabulous Friday: SoutheastTexasweddings.com Wedding Preview

This past Sunday was the annual SoutheastTexasweddings.com spring Wedding Preview at the MCM Elegante.  It was great meeting all of our new brides and fun catching up with some of our favorite vendor friends.  Now onto the reason you are all here, the goods.  We had all kinds of stuff to show you, from invitations and wedding wands to linens and flower arrangements and everything in between. We had three inspiration tables (yes 3) in the idea gallery along with our booth setup which included a snack cart full of goodies.  So sit back and soak up the inspiration.

First up was idea table #1 full of the rustic goodness that is becoming more and more popular.  We had a brown tablecloth as the base and layered it with a stunning crocheted overlay.  We topped it off with wildflowers and mason jars and an abundance of beautiful invitations to inspire everyone.

Idea table #2 was a nod to one of the most popular wedding colors of the year, blue.  This beautiful blue and white table was accented with an array of invitations from classic to modern.

Table #3 was one of my favorites. From the beautiful vintage style invitation grouping to the AMAZING flowers that Carmen did, I loved it all. Not to mention the pops of color with the ribbon backdrop and touch of burlap with the LOVE banner. Oh, and the silver tea service! Love it!

Up next is our booth space. Not only did we have our invitation set up but we decided to take it a step further with another idea “table” or wagon if you want to get technical.  You might have seen the link on our Facebook page from the amazing Tara Swain Photography of Kaycee and Nate’s wedding we did a few weeks ago.  This table was a collection of ideas we executed for that wedding that we thought were just to cute not to share.  Don’t worry, I have a ton of pictures to share with you of all the details from that wedding but I took over 1,000 pictures so it is taking some time to go through all of them. From yummy cupcakes and cookies from Whosie Cakes and tambourines and paper straws you can’t help but love this alternative to a traditional wedding cake.

Along with the dessert wagon we had wedding wands and ring bearer pillows as well as invitations to please everyone!

It was great meeting all of you and I hope you found lots of inspiration at the show. Let us know how we can make your special day the day of your dreams!
